  You (the user) and we (CAN News) are legally bound by the rules set forth by the terms & conditions for the use of this site. Please read carefully before accepting these terms, as these terms govern the use of your CAN Premium account and the use of this site. Below will be listed the rules of our platform, feel free to proofread these rules and keep a copy.

  1. You are not allowed, whatsoever, to share your password with anyone who is not of blood or marriage relation.

  2. You are not allowed, whatsoever, to screenshot, screen record, or screen share any content on this site which requires a premium account.

  3. You are not allowed, whatsoever, to use our brand name, affiliated names, and trademarks for profit without a license. Licenses are given at the sole discretion of the Owner of Allen-Valhalla, LLC.

  4. You are not allowed, whatsoever, to sell your account to anybody for any reason at all. If you no longer wish to use CAN News, we kindly ask you to close your account.

  5. You may add up to 6 people to our CAN Premium Family plan, but do not add the same person more than once.

  6. You may cancel your Premium subscription, but you will not receive a refund after 72 hours of purchase or renewal.

  7. You may add more than 6 people to a Premium Family plan, just contact CAN Support and request the CAN Premium Group account for an extra $2.50 to add up to 100 people.

  8. You may request a College Premium ($4.99) or a Military Premium ($0.99) by asking CAN Support or applying your discount code.

  9. This clause states that we are not liable for any negative press about any individual, and this clause is admissible in court as our release of liability, and is accepted upon access of our site.
