MyCAN, the longtime subscription service for CAN News, is being replaced by CAN Premium.

The MyCAN logo, as it appeared on December 21, 2020
MyCAN was originally created by CAN News (Concerned Americans Network, LLC) on November 18, 2020 as part of a subscription-based content system. With a MyCAN Pro account, you could access all content on CAN News, compared to certain articles with a MyCAN Base account. But on September 7th, 2024, CAN News was purchased for $25,000 by Allen-Valhalla, LLC and they implemented some big changes. The new CAN Premium accounts were launched on September 10, 2024 and they started the process of migrating the MyCAN accounts over to the new CAN Premium accounts. On October 31, 2024, the migration process is expected to end, and the MyCAN login portal will be removed from all servers.
Don't worry, we're not completely dismantling it, if you signed up between 2020 and 2021, you'll get a MyCAN legacy badge. - Robert S. Lott (CEO - Allen-Valhalla)
MyCAN legacy banners will start to be rolled out around January of 2025, as to preserve the historical significance of the service. But other than that, you can expect the MyCAN era features and terms to be completely wiped off the site forever by November of 2024. And a PSA to all active users with MyCAN accounts: Do not worry about this new change, you can continue to use the site as normal, but be sure to read through the new Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use.
A letter from the CAN News team
If we get enough requests, we may bring MyCAN back in some form in the near future. If at least 50% of our customers ask for MyCAN's return, then it will be brought to discussion and vote with the Allen-Valhalla Board of Directors. Remember: You have until October 31st of 2024 to migrate to CAN Premium.
